| André Marton is a director with experience in both documentaries and commercials. He has studied media and communication at UiB and directing/screenwriting at the New York Film Academy. André has received awards for both his documentary- and promotional work Joar E. M. Klette has got masterstudies in economy from Norwegian School of Economics and La Universitat de Barcelona and bachelor studies from UiB in Film & TV production. Joar has worked with media- and communication in several other firms and he sailed around the world– just for the fun of it. Paulo Chavarría graduated with honors both in Social Communications Sciences (UCR, Costa Rica) and the Master in Screenwriting (UiB, Norway). His emphasis is within the filmdirection and postproduction area. Ingrid Halstensen got bachelor studies from UiB in Film & TV production, specializing as a producer. She has working experience from BTV and being a project manager. While studying, she also worked freelance for several companies within film and TV production in Bergen.
